Expense Reimbursement
How to submit an Expense Request
BCLM members and volunteers may request reimbursement for approved expenses incurred on behalf of the Region.
To submit an expense for reimbursement:
- Complete the BCLM Cheque Requisition / Reimbursement Form.
- Attach receipts or invoices and proof of payment for the expenses being claimed.
- Where applicable, include any additional documentation required under the BCLM Financial Policy. For CPC fees paid directly to Canadian Pony Club, please include proof of payment to CPC.
- In the description, detail what the expense is for, and who approved it.
- Email the completed form and supporting documentation to BCLMtreasurer@gmail.com.
Please ensure the form clearly identifies the event or purpose of the expense and the amount being requested from BCLM.
